Flow is a term used to describe an optimal state, where we feel our best and perform our best. I designed my company workouts to significantly boost productivity in only 21′ per day. My approach involves inspiring people to incorporate a daily routine. Making exercise a part of our lifestyle through habits, promoting creativity and focus. General wellbeing of employees determines their ability to focus.

Company workouts – process
Most jobs require us to sit down behind a computer all day, destroying our posture and wellbeing. Because we are in a constant seated posture our body is no longer active, starts to work against us. We are going to activate the body with easy stretches. Overall we will even ease the mind with breath work exercises. As I do on personal training sessions we are going to talk about easy hacks on how to feel better and stay focused longer. Applicable in everyday life and especially during long periods at work.
